Flavir Technologies LLC ("Flavir," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website at flavir.co and the merchant-facing services we provide to local businesses ("Services").

1. Who We Serve

Flavir provides software and automation tools to local businesses ("Merchants") — including restaurants, retailers, and service businesses. Merchants use Flavir to capture customer phone numbers, send transactional messages, run loyalty programs, and request reviews from their own customers.

This means we may collect information from two groups:

• Visitors and prospects who interact with flavir.co
• End customers of Merchants who use Flavir-powered services (for example, customers who provide their phone number at a Merchant's checkout)

2. Information We Collect

From visitors to flavir.co

• Information you submit through forms (name, email, phone, business name)
• Standard analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) collected through tools like Google Analytics
• Cookies that support site functionality and analytics

From end customers of Merchants

• Phone number provided at the Merchant's point of sale or ordering page
• First name (if provided)
• Transaction information (amount, items, timestamp) shared by the Merchant's payment processor
• SMS opt-in status and consent records
• Loyalty/rewards activity, when applicable

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the Services we provide to Merchants and their end customers
• Send transactional messages (order updates, receipts, reward notifications) requested by the Merchant
• Send promotional messages only with the recipient's prior express written consent, and always with clear opt-out instructions
• Process loyalty points, rewards, and redemptions
• Improve our website and Services
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS / Text Messaging

Flavir may send SMS messages on behalf of Merchants. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Flavir-sent message. Help is available by replying HELP. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.

By providing your phone number through a Flavir-powered form or checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from the Merchant. Promotional SMS messages require a separate, affirmative opt-in.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the Services or as required by law, including with:

• Merchants — we share end-customer information with the Merchant whose service the customer is using (this is the core function of the Services)
• Service providers — payment processors, SMS carriers, hosting providers, analytics platforms, and similar vendors who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• Legal authorities — when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government request
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the recipient agrees to continue protecting your information consistent with this Policy

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. End-customer data is retained on behalf of the Merchant; when a Merchant ends its relationship with Flavir, we delete or return the associated data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of promotional messages at any time
• Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit risk and respond promptly to any incident.

9. Children's Privacy

Flavir is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
